Turnaround times are measured from the point scope is confirmed and Shopify collaborator access is granted, not from checkout. Averages are based on tasks delivered to date and are not a guarantee for any individual task.
$99 covers one clearly defined task on one template or feature. If a request turns out to be two tasks, or larger than a task, we say so before any money changes hands.
Pack credits never expire and are not transferable between stores. Free first task is limited to one per store, for first-time users, on live Shopify storefronts.
All work happens in a duplicate theme. We request Shopify collaborator access, which you approve and can revoke at any time. We never ask for account passwords.
