Questions about money.

Is $99 really the whole price?+
Yes. One task, one payment, no hourly billing and no line items added later. If your request turns out to be two tasks, we tell you before you pay for either.
Do pack credits expire?+
No. Buy a 5- or 10-pack and the credits sit there until you use them. They're tied to one store and aren't transferable.
Can I pay per task and switch to a pack later?+
Yes, and plenty do. Most people submit one task first to see how it goes, then buy a pack once they know they'll be back.
What if the task turns out to be bigger?+
We tell you at the scope check, before any work starts. Either we split it into two tasks, or if it's genuinely a project we write you a quote instead.
Do you refund?+
If we can't deliver what was agreed, yes. If the work matches the scope and you've changed your mind, the included revision round is there to adjust it.
Is there a subscription?+
No. Nothing renews, nothing auto-bills, nothing to cancel. That's deliberate.
What's not covered at $99?+
Full page builds, theme migrations, custom app development and checkout customisation. Those get a written quote.
Do you charge for scoping?+
Never. Describe what's bothering you and we'll tell you whether it's one task, two, or something bigger — before money changes hands.

  1. Turnaround times are measured from the point scope is confirmed and Shopify collaborator access is granted, not from checkout. Averages are based on tasks delivered to date and are not a guarantee for any individual task.
  2. $99 covers one clearly defined task on one template or feature. If a request turns out to be two tasks, or larger than a task, we say so before any money changes hands.
  3. Pack credits never expire and are not transferable between stores. Free first task is limited to one per store, for first-time users, on live Shopify storefronts.
  4. All work happens in a duplicate theme. We request Shopify collaborator access, which you approve and can revoke at any time. We never ask for account passwords.
