What counts as one task? +

One clearly defined change on one template or feature: a section added, a bug fixed, an app configured, a layout adjusted. If your request is secretly two tasks, we'll tell you before you pay for either.

What's not a task? +

Full page builds, theme migrations, custom app development, checkout customizations, and anything that needs a discovery call. For those we'll point you to a scoped quote instead of squeezing them into $99.

How fast is delivery, really? +

Most tasks ship in under 24 hours; 48 hours is the ceiling. The clock starts once scope is confirmed and store access is in place.

Do you need access to my store? +

Yes, collaborator access through Shopify's own system, so you never share a password. We work in a duplicate theme where possible and never touch live settings without a heads-up.

What if I don't like the result? +

One revision round is included with every task. If the delivered work doesn't match the agreed scope, we fix it at no cost.

Can I file multiple tasks at once? +

As many as you like. Tasks are worked one at a time in queue order, and each one is its own $99.
